Came in with a friend on a hot Sunday. Ordered the Double Cheeseburger with fries, I added jalapenos. The service was quick and no nonsense, and within a short period of time, our food was out. The cheeseburger was soooo good ; the meat was amazing quality, the jalapenos were nice and spicy, the fries and the fry sauce were a great side. Ambiance was nice, an okay amount of seating and it was clear everyone was enjoying themselves. Would go again! A little pricy but that's no big deal

Delicious! The cheeseburger has a unique crisp at the edges compared to other patties, burger buns were soft, lots of textures throughout because of it. Although I preferred to have fresh jalepenos, keep in mind they used canned jalepenos. Not a big deal but something to note. The French fries in my opinion were fried to perfection. They had the perfect potato taste and soft texture inside with the nice and crispy crunch on the outside. The fry sauce is exactly what I look for in a sauce at a burger joint. There's quite a lot of hype around For the Win, known as California's favorite burger. I'm an in n out person through and through but I'll say this burger is still really good, and you get the hip ambience that is lacking at many other burger spots.

Bought into the smash burger hype and tried For The Win as my first smash burger experience. The wait was about 30min on a Sunday for lunch due to the hype and limited seating. It was overall a good experience, but I prefer a non-smash burger. The patty had good flavor, with crisp edges, and the toppings paired well. It was a good burger, but my personal preference I like the patty thicker. Fries were not that memorable, but I really enjoyed the brussels sprouts. Overall good experience, but possibly I have to give smash burgers another shot.

Stopped by For The Win in Hollywood on a Sunday afternoon and ordered 2 cheeseburgers (single patty and a double, added lettuce), fries, fry sauce and ranch. The burgers were bomb & not heavy. The fries were thin and crispy, exactly how I like em. The fry sauce has a slight kick, really good with the fries. The place was pretty busy, staff was nice, the food came out pretty quick and there's parking (hopefully!). The burgers are worth the hype, worth checking out if you're looking for a good smash burger.
